If every ward takes up the cause and decides to contribute towards making our environment clean, no one can stop in making Guwahati the cleanest city. As the Chief Minister of the state, I am bestowed with a lot of responsibilities on my shoulder, but if each one of you do not support or help me in this cause, I won’t be able to make it successful. Hence, it is my earnest request to everyone present here to offer whole-hearted help and cooperation in making the city clean in any way you can.”
The film primarily focuses on the issue of open defecation, mostly prevalent in rural areas, which the Swachh Bharat Mission aims to eradicate by 2019. Earlier, Hrishikesh Goswami released the film’s teaser, trailer and music at the Madhavadev International Auditorium, Srimanta Sankardeva Kalakhetra, Guwahati.
