M.L. Entertainment, a premier production house of Assam has invited this year Google’s Doodle4Google winner, Vaidehi Reddy to it’s upcoming film Anuradha’s premier show next year. Founder & CMD of M.L. Entertainment, Luit Kumar Barman is already in contact with Vaidehi’s school and invites her to visit Assam and exploring its natural beauty. Anuradha, a much eagerly waited film, produced by Luit Kumar Barman under the banner of M L Entertainment and Cine Dream Unlimited is to release on 2nd January 2015. Story, dialog and screenplay of the women-centric film is the director’s own. Meghranjani and Diganta Hazarika are playing in the lead roles.
On the other hand, launched in 2009, the Doodle4Google competition by internet giant Google is open to students from grades 1 to 10, who are invited to design the Google Doodle to celebrate Children’s Day in the country. The theme for this year’s competition was ‘A place in India I wish to visit’. Vaidehi(Army Public School, Pune)’s doodle represents Assam and shows several cultural motifs from the state including Japi, Bihu dance and tea. It also shows a tiger and one horned rhino, which represent the rich wildlife found in Assam. The winning Doodle titled “Natural and Cultural Paradise – Assam” is live today on the Google India homepage on the occasion of Children’s Day.
